What is your delivery time?
The processing time of your order is max. 24 hours if there are no special requests.
Your order will be shipped with international Air Mail (registered, with tracking option) and it will arrive within 2 weeks at your door.
Can I request a faster shipping option?
Yes. We can send it with UPS to some countries.
Then it only takes about 3 days until you get the order. Please send us an email and we tell you if we can ship with UPS and how much the costs are.
What are the payment options?
You can pay online via Credit Card (Mastercard, Visa) through a secure SSL connection.
If you prefer we also accept Money Orders from Western Union or MoneyGram. Please send us an Email and we will send you the beneficiary details.
What is the payee name which will be shown on my credit card statement?
It will show “www.siampay.com”. This is the name of our secure payment gateway provider.
